Basic structure: KE2 series elastic diaphragm coupling consists of several groups of diaphragms (stainless steel sheet) bolted staggered with the two halves of the coupling, each group of diaphragms by several pieces of stacked set. The diaphragm is divided into link type and different shapes of the whole piece type, with the ability of elastic deformation.
Principle of operation: Diaphragm couplings rely on the elastic deformation of the diaphragm to compensate for the relative displacement of the two shafts connected. The torque is input from the active half-coupling, and then transferred to the front flexible steel sheet group through the high-strength bolts arranged at intervals along the circumference, and then transferred to the intermediate sleeve through the high-strength bolts by the flexible steel sheet group, and output from the other rear flexible steel sheet group, the high-strength bolts and the slave half-coupling, which completes the torque transmission and achieves the transfer of energy.
